post your own caption

this is my portrait of tommie d. the film guy. he was helping me shop for a little camcorder, and we stopped for a pop at the cambie hotel to take a load off. well, tom was spinning a few yarns..... i'd like to invite one and all to add your favorite caption to this photo.

maybe something like one of his friends from regina: > Lost in the details of his story, and just recently having come from his favourite bakery, Tom doesn't notice that his lunch guest left 5 minutes ago....

PS/notice the cops are on the way.

gastown

i've walked by this intersection many times / today the light co-operated, and i had fun composing this shot. i thought someone would want to know what building this is (i don't), so i asked my sage friend chris. "It is the Dominion Building. built in 1904, it is 14 floors".

english bay abstract

i'm aware i post many shots of english bay ( possibly, too many). in my defense, it's right around the block, and it's a sweet location. this is a different take on the bay / and, the ships are still out there.....
