gastown

i've walked by this intersection many times / today the light co-operated, and i had fun composing this shot. i thought someone would want to know what building this is (i don't), so i asked my sage friend chris. "It is the Dominion Building. built in 1904, it is 14 floors".

It was completed in 1910, 53 meters high. Sorry about that. It depends on what historian you quote.

After viewing this blog on a daily basis for the last 3 months, I have been totally convinced that a trip to Vancouver is essential. I will arrive next week!

Little guy is growing like crazy and doing more things everyday. Haven't cut down my old Taylor Made 580 yet though just in case he's left handed!

Some sunshine today to make us feel better about -25. keep up the great shots. Mike L
