ok, this is my thought. i shot these images 5 minutes, and 5 paces apart. they are completely different, but exactly the same.. there is stark contrast, but my eye was looking for the same thing.

i would be interested in any comments...... 
this shot reminds me of Gotham City (however, i've never been, so......). it's a view of the on going construction of BC Place. tomorrow, i will post another image i shot not 5 paces from this one. it's quite the contrast / check in.
