ok, there is a little story behind these 2 images (i posted the cloud shot about 1 year ago).
i went to the greenhouse in carlyle sask. the other day to get some bedding plants (given my gardening skills, they may have been dealt a death blow). i was telling the owner how i liked the space etc., and she told me that they had to re build after the "storm" from last year. turns out, that cloud and her wind pals did a prairie reno about 10 minutes after i took the photo.
as luck would have it, the greenhouse had just finished a spring sale, and closed early. so no one was injured.

I love ther picture of the flower Doug(naturally) and remember the storm well. The greenhouse is rebuilt very well considering the damage done. I believe there was a gas leak there as well and many people had to be evacuated. We hope for better luck this year. cw

yes, i did hear the story about the gas leak.. it was a concern for sure...
