i took a long walk thru stanley park today. forest, mountains, and the ocean. not a bad 3 some....

i had another look at yesterdays take from high in stanley park. this is my pick.

today was calm, cloudy, and mild. i hit the forest, as the colours really perform under this type of diffuse lighting. for the photography crowd, most of these images were exposed for 2 and a half, to 3 minutes. they were shot late in the day / almost dark to the eye.

the smells were wonderful, it was quiet, and i saw a bald eagle gliding between the trees.

today was foggy, then sunny, then foggy......... perfect for shooting in the forest. right now, this is one of my favorites.

i went for a walk in the park, and shot some of nature's art. i'll call this series 'the ice of stanley park'.

i know it's a little chilly in the hinterland right now, so this may not suit your eye. maybe our neighbors to the south will enjoy...
