i'll call this "last chair standing". i walked down to the beach at Barra de Navidad late this afternoon to watch the sunset. by that time, the guys were folding up the chairs and umbrellas for the day. i asked if this chair could remain standing for a few quick shots. and that's that.... i like it...

Wow. I'm not sure what that stirs in me but how blessed anyone would be to be sitting in that chair absorbing, being one with, being grateful for the beauty and incredulity of nature. Greet shot, Doug. Speaks volumes. Linda S.

Your Mexico shots and the ones you did during the Olympics in Van are probably the most moving and spectacular photographs i have ever seen.I'll be interested to see what you do with the American landscape,if you move on to that.

In school, my professor would say this is an example of "an Invitation to Participate" seeing yourself sitting in this chair. Tom D.

Makes me want to just sit in it and enjoy the sunset, the peace and quiet. It's -47 today in SE Sask.
