roots


i thought this was an interesting structure of tree roots. the light was on my side, so this is the shot.

dk, here's the real story. i've walked by this 'root' deal many times / always promised to return when the light was right. i was out shooting other things, and stumbled onto the location. light looked interesting, so i took 2 quick frames as reference. turns out, the light was right / i should have been shooting with purpose.. but some shots only come in one frame...

It almost looks like a twist of fibre optics the way you caught the light on the roots.
