blast from the past

i haven't been by the train station in vancouver for decades. we use to pass thru this building on a regular basis, spending the holidays in vancouver, via the rails, from saskatchewan. it seemed 'bigger' when you're 6 or 8 years old......... but i like this shot.

since you 2 have commented, i'm wondering if you remember the station in saskatoon being much more impressive? i recall we'd take the dayliner there from regina, and wait for what seemed like 'days', to catch the main line. everything was always frozen solid. any way, i guess it was nice to travel the rail, and see some country.
